Most don’t know how to get out of this hole they fell into and they fail to make payments, not because they are of bad character, but because they simply get overwhelmed by this mountain of debt in front of them! Many honest retailers thus suffer bad repayment rates and many don’t want to apply a harsh debt collection method…in part because of empathy, in part because it is bad for the brand.
Here at Brainydebt we believe in the general good in people. We know that teaching consumers the benefit (and pitfalls) of debt will enable them to dig themselves out of the debt hole! This is both good for the consumer – and great for the retailer!
